Solar- Powered PVC Towel Rack
The elbows at the top are not glued allowing the rack to be folded flat for easy storage.
The PVC Towel Rack was made with half inch PVC tubing.
Everyone has made towel rack with PVC piping but are too modest to put it on a website. Not me! This one expands and folds flat and helps save the environment one damp towel at a time.
